EKS Associates Inc. (EKS) is a private corporation dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of health care institutions and their managers.

EKS was founded in 1986 by Eric Sparks to provide management consulting services and state of the art financial management and budgeting education programs for the health care industry.

Eric Sparks, CHE

Eric Sparks formed EKS Associates Inc. in August 1986. Since then he has consulted in more than 90 hospitals in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta. In addition, Eric has provided Financial Management and Budgeting training to more than 10,000 health care managers and executives across Canada..

Prior to 1986, Eric helped progressively more responsible Finance and Administration positions in 5 hospitals. His latest hospital position was Director, Financial Services at Wellesley Hospital in Toronto.
